CHILD OF GOD

TODAY'S READING: Proverbs 4-6; Romans 8

SCRIPTURE

Romans 8:1,2,37-39 Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, [2] because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you* free from the law of sin and death.
[37] No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. [38] For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons,* neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, [39] neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

OBSERVATION

No condemnation... more than conquerors
in Christ ... ... loved by him
Why, because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit gives life

APPLICATION

Today, I want to allow the Holy Spirit to live these verses out in my life.
Forgiven let me move forward, and fellowship with the Father.
Calling Him, Abba, Papa - knowing that in Christ Jesus, I am a child of God.
Whatever life brings my way today, I'm taking it to Daddy.

PRAYER

Abba, Father;
I don't begin to know your love for me. I can't put my arms around it, or my mind around it; but I claim it. I read about "no condemnation, and I claim it as truth. I read about a love that cannot separate us from each other and today, I want to observe it.
Guide me, Go with Me, Give me Jesus
