I'VE ARRIVED OR HAVE I ?

TODAY'S READING: NUMBERS 8,9; ACTS 28

Acts 28:14b And so we came to Rome
Observation
Back at Acts 23:11 we read: The following night the Lord stood near Paul and said, “Take courage! As you have testified about me in Jerusalem, so you must also testify in Rome.”
Now 5 chapters and several years later Paul arrives. He was left in prison in Jerusalem for over two years. After the shipwreck, they wintered on an island for 3 months and then a week here and a week there. Finally, he arrives. Called to testify in Rome. He arrives.
Application
What has God called me to? Am I accomplishing it? Have I arrived or not?
Prayer
Father,
On any given day it’s like a default button, I make life more about me than about you.
What do you want? Is there a bottom line? Are we on the same page?
Show me, have I arrived? If not to some overall calling, have I arrived to what you want to accomplish in me, or through me today?
