MY GOD!

TODAY'S READING: 2 Sam.17; Ps.71; Mt. 26

SCRIPTURE

Ps. 71:17,18 Since my youth, God, you have taught me, and to this day I declare your marvelous deeds. 18] Even, when I am old and gray, do not forsake me, my God, till I declare your power to the next generation, your mighty acts to all who are to come.

OBSERVATION

Remember - since my youth
Reveal - I declare
Render - my faith, your power to the next generation

APPLICATION

When my children's children declare, "My God" I will have accomplished that for which I was created. For from my youth God as been make known to me, but only when my children have made You known to their children, and their children have make You known to theirs, will I with the psalmist feel like I really made your might acts known.

PRAYER

Jesus, My God!
May your power be made known, in me and through me to my family and to the families of my family. May we for generations declare, "MY GOD, My God, MY GOD!"
