DO YOUR THING, LORD

TODAY'S READING: 1 Sam. 6,7; Ps. 72; 2 Cor. 9

SCRIPTURE

2 Cor. 9: 8-11 [8] And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work. [9] As it is written:
“They have scattered abroad their gifts to the poor;
their righteousness endures forever.”*
[10] Now he who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will also supply and increase your store of seed and will enlarge the harvest of your righteousness. [11] You will be made rich in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God.

OBSERVATION

What I love about this - how it starts. “And God is able”

APPLICATION

Do Your thing, LORD.
Bless Gail and I abundantly, I’m trusting you, for all things at all times. Give us want we need so that we can accomplish Your purposes.
Enlarge the harvest of our righteousness, make us rich in every way.
Allow us to be generous.
Allow others to praise You, because they felt Your love, through us.

PRAYER

LORD,
Do Your thing. Let me not be surprised.
Bless us, that we might Bless others.
Do Your thing, LORD!
